Shipping Information
- Most orders received before Noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) on stock
merchandise, will ship within 24 to 48 hours.
- If you have a special request or specific "in-hand" date, be sure
to indicate such on the order form. We cannot guarantee inventory levels.
- Merchandise in stock will ship via FedEx Ground from Chicago, IL unless
otherwise specified. For rush deliveries, please specify FedEx service needed at
check out. You will be charged accordingly.

- Your FedEx tracking number will be automatically emailed to you on the day
your order ships. Please be sure to include your email address on the order
form.
Shipping & Handling Charges
- FedEx Freight Services:
- Priority #1 (arrives by 10:30 a.m. the following day)
- Standard (arrives by 4:00 p.m. the following day)
- 2 day (arrives by 5:00 p.m. two business days later)
- Please indicate the FedEx service needed on the order form.
- Freight can be shipped on your FedEx account number or charged to your
order. (please see freight table below for regular ground freight
charges).
- A fulfillment handling fee will be added to all orders.

International Shipments
- All prices are based upon US dollars.
- All international orders need to be billed to an Insight corporate account
or a 3rd party freight account number.
- There will be a $75 handling fee for processing of international freight
& customs documents charged at check out.
- A $40.00 Certificate of Origin charge will be added to the invoice when
necessary. Depending upon the nature of the goods shipping and the country where
they are shipping to FedEx requires the shipper (Freestyle Marketing) to fill
out and submit a Certificate of Origin. You will be charged if and when the
certificate is required.
Back Ordered Items
- If we are out of stock on one or more of your items you will be notified by
email. At that time please notify us if you would like to substitute another
item(s), or wait for the originally requested product(s) to arrive.
