- If you have a special request or specific "in-hand" date, be
sure to indicate such on the order form.
- Merchandise in stock will ship via UPS ground from Phoenix, Arizona unless otherwise specified. For rush deliveries, please specify
FedEx service needed. You will be charged accordingly.

| UPS Delivery
Notification |
- Your UPS tracking number and shipping status will be automatically
emailed to you on the day your order ships. Please be sure to include your
email address on the order form.

FedEx Shipping & Handling Charges |
- Services: Priority #1 (arrives by 10:30 a.m. the following day),
Standard (arrives by 4:00 p.m. the following day) or 2 day (arrives by 5:00
p.m. two business days later).
- Please indicate the FedEx service needed on the order form.
- Provide us with your FedEx account number or we will ship on the Freestyle Marketing
account and charge the freight to your credit card.
- International freight costs will be charged against a TIBCO FedEx account number. This account number must entered at checkout time.

International Shipments |
- All prices are based upon US dollars.
- There is a $75 handling charge for international shipments.
- A $40.00 Certificate of Origin charge will be added to the invoice when necessary. Depending upon the nature of the goods shipping and the country where they are shipping to FedEx requires the shipper (Freestyle Marketing) to fill out and submit a Certificate of Origin. You will be charged if and when the certificate is required.
